Beef strips and Radicchio

for four

  • 3 sirloin steaks at 10 oz each
  • 1/2 tbsp evoo
  • 2 finely chopped cloves garlic
  • 5 oz radicchio sliced in 1" strips

  1. Trim fat from the steaks and slice into very thin strips.
  2. Heat the oil in heavy skillet over high heat, add the garlic and steak strips, salt and pepper and stir fry until browned
  3. Add the radicchio until slightly wilted
  4. Serve immediately

This could be served with any side but for low carb I would go with a secondary vegetable.
