for four
- 3 sirloin steaks at 10 oz each
- 1/2 tbsp evoo
- 2 finely chopped cloves garlic
- 5 oz radicchio sliced in 1" strips
- Trim fat from the steaks and slice into very thin strips.
- Heat the oil in heavy skillet over high heat, add the garlic and steak strips, salt and pepper and stir fry until browned
- Add the radicchio until slightly wilted
- Serve immediately
This could be served with any side but for low carb I would go with a secondary vegetable.
