Large Batch Egg Burritoes

  • 1 doz eggs, whisk, add a touch of water
  • 12 Low carb tortillas higher protein
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz of meat of choice

  1. Cook the meat in one pan until done.
  2. Cook the eggs in a different pan until gently done.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and put shredded cheese on them and add the meat and eggs.
  4. Pop in freezer until hard and place in plastic, to reheat microwave or in oven.
Note: You can add cut up peppers and onions, too.
