This recipe only requires you to cook the pasta and that makes it very easy! But if you want to make a large batch, do so and freeze them down as prep meals. Veggie should be a light salad on the side, in a different container of course. This serves three people.
- 3 oz precooked pasta (you can buy this at the grocery Barilla makes it) or cook your own.
- 1 cup pasta sauce (I prefer Yo Mamas)
- 4 meatballs (1 oz per meatball) per person (you can either make these yourself or buy pre-cooked ones)*
- Put the precooked pasta on the smaller side of your prep container and the meatballs in 1/3 cup sauce on the other.
- Pack up a little container of parmesan cheese and you're good to go!
*It should be noted that if you buy store made meatballs, you'll be getting more sodium.
