Very Simple Appetizers

 Parmesan Crisps 

  • You want to use FRESH grated parmesan cheese
  • Using a tablespoon, place 1 rounded tablespoon on parchment paper on a tray for as many as you want.
  • Bake at 350 for 6 minutes
  • Cool on the tray and peel off
  • Serve on a plate.

Flavored Bagged Popcorn

  • 1 bag popping corn, popped and slightly cooled
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup ground parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or seasoning of choice) 
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • Pour the butter over the popcorn followed immdiately by the cheese and seasonings.
  • Toss and serve!
