Egg White Protein Scramble for three

  • 2 cups egg whites
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 6 oz turkey sausage
  • 1 handful spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup low-fat shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp avocado oil

Cook everything together in one skillet.
