No bake healthy banana cookies

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconuts

(mix together)

  • 1 tbsp neutral oil 
  • 1 c semisweet chocolate (melted)

  1. Roll the banana coconuts together and scoop on to a lined sheet pan and press to leave a thumb intention.
  2. Bake 350 for 12-15 mins
  3. melt the chocolate and oil and once the cookies are cooled, fill with the chocolate and place in the fridge to harden.
