- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Melting chocolate
- In a mixing bowl stir together peanut butter and butter.
- Gradually add powdered sugar until combined.
- Using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop, roll mixture into balls and place on parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate and dip balls into chocolate, placing back on parchment to allow chocolate to harden.
