- 1 cup strained cottage cheese (strained before measuring)
- 2 eggs
- Spices as you see fit
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place the eggs and cottage cheese in your blender and blend well
- Crumple some parchment and lay out into a 10x 14 sheet pan with edges
- Lightly spray the parchment
- Pour the mixture into the parchment paper and spread around
- Run a spatula around the edges and bake for 30-35 minutes
If you want an easy filling:
chop up a head of lettuce of your choice (to 3 cups)
In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, 1/3 cup nonfat greek yogurt, a little worcestershire sauce, italian seasonings and 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Cook four slices of bacon to crispy, drain and chop up
Mix in the lettuce with the dressing.
