Cottage Cheese Bread

  •  1 cup strained cottage cheese (strained before measuring)
  • 2 eggs

  1. Spices as you see fit
  2. Preheat oven to 350
  3. Place the eggs and cottage cheese in your blender and blend well
  4. Crumple some parchment and lay out into a 10x 14 sheet pan with edges
  5. Lightly spray the parchment
  6. Pour the mixture into the parchment paper and spread around
  7. Run a spatula around the edges and bake for 30-35 minutes

If you want an easy filling:

chop up a head of lettuce of your choice (to 3 cups)

In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, 1/3 cup nonfat greek yogurt, a little worcestershire sauce, italian seasonings and 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Cook four slices of bacon to crispy, drain and chop up

Mix in the lettuce with the dressing.

Cut
