Mini Margherita Cottage Cheese Pizzettas

makes 12 pizzettas

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  1. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and oregano until a dough forms.
  2. Shape the Pizzettas
  3. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions, then flatten each into a small round on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Add Toppings
  5. Spread a spoonful of marinara sauce on each pizzetta, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and top with fresh basil.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F (200 C) for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
