Instant Pot Salsa Chicken

  •  1 pound frozen skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  1. Place chicken breasts in a multi-functional cooker (such as Instant Pot). 
  2. Sprinkle all sides with taco seasoning. Pour salsa and chicken broth on top.
  3. Close and lock the lid. Select the Poultry setting; set the timer for 15 minutes. 
  4. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  5. Release pressure using the natural-release method, following the manufacturer's instructions for about 20 minutes. 
  6. Unlock and remove the lid.
  7. Shred chicken and serve as desired.
