Low-Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large low-carb tortillas (such as almond flour or coconut flour tortillas)
- 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce (optional)
- Olive oil (for cooking)
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay a low-carb tortilla flat and place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center. Add fresh spinach or lettuce if desired.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Heat a bit of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with your favorite low-carb dipping sauce or a side salad.
