Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional for thickening)
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink (2–3 minutes per side).
- Stir in broccoli, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Mix well.
- (Optional) Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
- Stir for 1 minute.
- Serve hot .
