Quickly Salad

Your cardiologist will LOVE this! Everything in it is healthy and good for you. A couple of hints: Soak your red onion cuts in cold water for 5 minutes before drying and chopping into very small pieces. Also, you will want to use fresh dill weed. 

  • 12 oz canned tuna in olive oil
  • 2 mashed avocadoes
  • 2 diced pickles 
  • 1/2  diced red onion
  • dill weed, sea salt and ground pepper to taste

Mix everything and serve immediately.

I like mine served on a halved slice of toasted sour dough bread or on rye!
