Classic Chicken Salad

  •  1 1/2 tbsp Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 4 1/2 oz finely chopped chicken breast (you can use skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken or even the canned stuff-drained of course)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts or almonds

Very easy! Mix everything and serve cold. 

Serve on crackers as a side for soup or a fruit salad!
