- 1 1/2 tbsp Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 4 1/2 oz finely chopped chicken breast (you can use skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken or even the canned stuff-drained of course)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts or almonds
Very easy! Mix everything and serve cold.
Serve on crackers as a side for soup or a fruit salad!
