Sausage & Sweet Potato Skillet

  •  Johnsonville Italian Mild Ground Sausage 16 oz
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • one small yellow onion
  • fresh green beans 

  1. In a large skillet, brown and crumble the sausage, drain the fat off and discard and set the meat aside
  2. Add in some avocado oil and heat over medium heat
  3. Add in your small diced sweet potato chunks and fresh green beans and cook until softened but only fork tender
  4. Add in the onion and cook until transluent, tossing frequently
  5. Add the sausage back in and toss everything together. 
  6. Serve with a soft egg if you like.
