Sausage & Sweet Potato Skillet
- Johnsonville Italian Mild Ground Sausage 16 oz
- 1 large sweet potato
- one small yellow onion
- fresh green beans
- In a large skillet, brown and crumble the sausage, drain the fat off and discard and set the meat aside
- Add in some avocado oil and heat over medium heat
- Add in your small diced sweet potato chunks and fresh green beans and cook until softened but only fork tender
- Add in the onion and cook until transluent, tossing frequently
- Add the sausage back in and toss everything together.
- Serve with a soft egg if you like.
