- 1 doz eggs, whisk, add a touch of water
- 12 Low carb tortillas higher protein
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 oz of meat of choice
- Cook the meat in one pan until done.
- Cook the eggs in a different pan until gently done.
- Lay out the tortillas and put shredded cheese on them and add the meat and eggs.
- Pop in freezer until hard and place in plastic, to reheat microwave or in oven.
Note: You can add cut up peppers and onions, too.
