- 1 low-carb, high-fiber flatbread or tortilla (such as Flatout or Ole Xtreme Wellness)
- 1/4 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
- Spread the sugar-free BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the shredded chicken breast evenly over the sauce.
