Slow Swiss Chicken
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (6-ounce) package chicken stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Spray a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Cover the chicken with the slices of Swiss cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and the milk.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and the cheese.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the mixture and then drizzle the melted butter over the top.
- Cover and cook until the chicken breasts are tender and cooked through, about 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high.
