- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 c sugar
- fall spices and salt
- beat 2 minutes to aerate
- 2 eggs, separated (whites from yolks)
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs, panko or plain regular just not seasoned)
- 2 cups milk
- Put the yolks into the pumkin mixture and mix together well
- Add in the bread crumbs
- Add in milk
- Whip whites but not to stiff peaks, just until all the goo is gone
- Fold into the pumpkin mixture
- Pour into an UNGREASED pan
- bake 40-45 minutes
It comes out like a custard
