Cottage Cheese Fudge

  •  2 1/4 cups cottage cheese, drained and processed before measuring
  • 1/3 c. cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 high quality chocolate bars (70%) cacao melted 
  1. Drain the cottage cheese very well
  2. Process it in a blender or high powered processor with the cocoa powder and coconut oil
  3. Add the melted bars into the mix and stir
  4. Prep an 8x8 pan by lining it with parchment and spray the parchment as well
  5. Leave in the fridge overnight.

This is gooey!
