- 1 c grated cheese
- 12 oz hash brown potatoes (frozen, defrosted)
- 1 chopped bell peppers
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- cornflakes
- Mix cheese, potatoes, bell pepper, chicken soup, onions, sour cream together in the prepared casserole dish.
- Top with cornflakes and pour the melted butter over them
- Bake 30-35 minutes at 350
