1960s Potato Casserole

  • 1 c grated cheese
  • 12 oz hash brown potatoes (frozen, defrosted)
  • 1 chopped bell peppers
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • cornflakes

  1. Mix cheese, potatoes, bell pepper, chicken soup, onions, sour cream together in the prepared casserole dish.
  2. Top with cornflakes and pour the melted butter over them
  3. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350
