Low-Carb Strawberry Bread

Soft, sweet, and packed with juicy strawberries — the perfect high-protein, low-carb treat for breakfast or snack time!

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla, sweetener, heavy cream, and melted butter.
  3. In another bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  6. Pour into pan and bake 40–45 minutes, until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
