This is very simple!
- 4 room temperature egg yolks
- 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup fresh basil
- Begin with the eggs, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Put into the food processor or blender and blend well
- Slowly drizzle in the oils until emulsified.
- Add in the basil at the end and blend (this is optional)
