Easy Make Your Own Mayonnaise

 This is very simple!

  • 4 room temperature egg yolks
  • 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh basil

  1. Begin with the eggs, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Put into the food processor or blender and blend well
  3. Slowly drizzle in the oils until emulsified.
  4. Add in the basil at the end and blend (this is optional)
