- 1 can or 12 oz chicken, flaked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 egg
- ranch or preferred seasoning
- panko crumbs
- Blend all but the panko together and shape into planks
- roll in the panko
- spray or baste with oil
- bake at 400 for 20 minutes, flip and bake another 5 minutes or til golden
