- 16 ounces Full Fat Cream Cheese - softened
- 2 tbsp Dry Ranch Mix
- 1 c Chopped cooked chicken
- 1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Slices Cooked Bacon, chopped
- Handful Parsley
- Salt/Pepper - to taste
- 6 Low Carb Tortillas (I use Mission Carb Balance)
- Mix all together
- Spread mixture onto tortillas then tightly roll tortillas
- Slice into 1-2 inch rounds.
- Refrigerate until serving.
