Low-Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels

  • 16 ounces Full Fat Cream Cheese - softened
  • 2 tbsp Dry Ranch Mix
  • 1 c Chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Slices Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • Handful Parsley
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • 6 Low Carb Tortillas (I use Mission Carb Balance)

  1.  Mix all together
  2. Spread mixture onto tortillas then tightly roll tortillas
  3.  Slice into 1-2 inch rounds.
  4.  Refrigerate until serving.
