Cottage Cheese Breadsticks

makes 6–8 breadsticks

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and almond flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 6–8 portions. Roll each portion into a breadstick shape.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray. 
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes until lightly golden and set.
  6. Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm.
