chip beef cheeseball

  • 5 packages (2 ounces each) thinly sliced dried beef
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • Ritz crackers and assorted fresh vegetables

  1. Place beef in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. 
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. 
  3. Stir in 2/3 cup beef, the onion and Worcestershire sauce. 
  4. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour.
