Candied Spiced Pecans
- 1lb pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon water
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, add one egg white and 1 teaspoon of water.
- Beat until frothy and set aside.
- In another small bowl, mix together 3/4 cup of white granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- In a large mixing bowl, add pecan halves and coat well with egg mixture.
- Add cinnamon sugar mixture and stir until all pecans are coated.
- Add pecans to prepared baking sheet and bake on 350 for 20 min.
- Allow to cool on pan and transfer to an airtight container.
