- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or Italian-style)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Preheat the Oven
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce evenly over the shrimp.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end to brown the top slightly.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve hot with lemon wedges, crusty bread, or over pasta/rice.
