- 1 can of cream chicken soup (unsalted)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (low-fat)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (low-fat)
- 1/2 block softened cream cheese (Neufatchel)
- garlic and onion powders
- other seasonings of choice
- 5 cups shredded chicken
- chopped fresh parsley
- Pour into prepped casserole topping: melted butter and Ritz crackers
- Place mozzarella cheese on top, followed by crackers
- 350 for 35 minutes, finish with scallions
