- 12 oz ground beef
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Add zucchini and cherry tomatoes, cook until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and parsley on top before serving.
