- 3 Golden Home Ultra Thin Crust Pizza Crusts 7 inch
- 3 oz shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 1/2 cup grated fresh parm
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Make a roux with the flour and almond milk.
- Add in the grated parm and mix until thick- add more milk if too thick
- Add spices of choice
- Spread the crust and top with the mozzarella cheese
- Broil on LOW until golden on top
- Serve hot.
