Stabilize your Frosting

There are many ways to stabilize frosting. Here are some of the tried-and-true.

Cream Cheese Stabilizing

  • 2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream

  1. Whip the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and well combined
  2. Turn the mixer to low and stream in the heavy cream, slowly increasing the speed to whip into frosting.
