Cream Cheese Stuffed Baby Bell Peppers
- 4-6 small sweet peppers
- 4 oz whipped cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp bacon bits
- 1 tsp Ranch Seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice
- Remove seeds and stems
- Mix the whipped cream cheese, bacon bits and seasoning together
- Spoon into the baby bells
- Air fry 400F for 8 min
[note: if you want softer baby bells, I recommend roasting them for a bit on broil -keeping a good eye on them- to soften them up]
