- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- In a large bowl, mix together the lime juice, garlic, olive oil, honey, onions, cilantro, and salt.
- Put the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Add the marinade to the bag and lay it flat in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Note: The longer the chicken is marinated, the more flavorful it will become.
- Remove the chicken from the bag and discard the marinade.
- Cook on the grill or stovetop for 5-8 minutes on each side, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
