Easy chicken Stir-fry

  •  1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce or aminos
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 head broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes

  1. Whisk together the soy, honey, and sesame oil
  2. Heat the regular oil and saute the vegetables and garlic
  3. Add in the chicken and cook until browned
  4. Stir in the cashews and season as you like
  5. Pour in the sauce and stir until thickened
  6. Serve over rice or cauliflower rice
