- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce or aminos
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 head broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
- Whisk together the soy, honey, and sesame oil
- Heat the regular oil and saute the vegetables and garlic
- Add in the chicken and cook until browned
- Stir in the cashews and season as you like
- Pour in the sauce and stir until thickened
- Serve over rice or cauliflower rice
