- 2 quarts heavy cream
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- Mix together
- Allow to sit, covered, on the counter for 48 hours
- Place into the KitchenAid and turn to butter
- Strain well and rinse (save the buttermilk) until clear
- Squeeze out and then mold, or you can mix it with a little avocado oil to make it spreadable
- Keep in the fridge
