Cultured Butter

  •  2 quarts heavy cream 
  • 1/3 cup yogurt

  1. Mix together
  2. Allow to sit, covered, on the counter for 48 hours
  3. Place into the KitchenAid and turn to butter
  4. Strain well and rinse (save the buttermilk) until clear
  5. Squeeze out and then mold, or you can mix it with a little avocado oil to make it spreadable
  6. Keep in the fridge
