- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 eggs (sunny side up)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 whole cauliflower pizza crust (can sub with low-carb wrap)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Remove your CAULIPOWER® pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
- Heat pan, fry the eggs, and place them on the pizza crust.
- Top with spinach, avocado, and olive oil.
- Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13–16 minutes.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool, and serve.
