- 10 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Place the crushed cornflakes in a large bowl.
- In a good-sized pot, bring the sugar, peanut butter, and corn syrup to a boil, then reduce the heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over the cornflakes and allow to cool slightly.
- Press into a buttered 9x13 casserole.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second bursts in the microwave (lower the power if you have a high-powered microwave) until melted.
- Pour on and spread over the crunchy mix.
- Place in fridge, uncovered, to cool
Please just cut up as you'd like and wrap in plastic if you'd like.
