Let your batter rest 5-10 minutes before you bake it off. This is true, especially when you’re working with a thinner batter. A little time to sit down does wonders for the bake!
Use an ice cream scoop to ensure each cupcake is the same size. When everyone is the same size, they bake evenly and you don’t have to stress about under/over baked
Rotate 3/4 of the way through, not halfway! I know this goes against popular opinion, but I stand by it! Cupcakes are delicate, and if you open the oven door too soon they might deflate and there’s no fixing that.
