- 1 cup cottage cheese (you can puree)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, and minced garlic until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions.
- Roll each into a ¼-inch thick flat round.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
