Cottage Cheese Garlic Flatbread

makes 4 flatbreads

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (you can puree)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, and minced garlic until a soft dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 portions. 
  3. Roll each into a ¼-inch thick flat round.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
