Spinach Artichoke Chicken Bake Recipe

  • 6-4 oz pieces of thinly sliced chicken breast
  • 12 tablespoons spinach artichoke dip
  • Salt and pepper, for seasoning

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  2. Place your desired amount of chicken breast into a greased baking dish. 
  3. For one or two cutlets, an 8-inch-square dish works well. 
  4. For a family-sized serving, you’ll want to upgrade to a 9x13-inch baking dish. 
  5. Feel free to add salt, pepper, or additional seasoning to your liking.
  6. Spread 2 tablespoons of dip (more if you like extra sauce) over each piece of chicken, covering it as evenly as possible. 
  7. Place into the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F 
  8. The dip should be lightly browned and bubbling when done.
