Low Carb Smash Burgers

  •  1 lb(s), 93 Percent Ground Beef     
  •   4 slice, Baby Swiss Sliced Cheese
  • 4 tsp minced dry onion
  • 4 Extreme Wellness Low Carb Protein Wraps

  1. Place each wrap on a sheet of wax paper
  2. Divide the burger into fourths and place on each wrap and, using plastic wrap under a plate, smash it down as thin as you can get it with the onion into the burger, into the wrap.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil and fry, burger side down, in the pan on medium heat and sizzle it up, making sure it carmelizes
  4. Remove from heat and place the cheese on and fold up
  5. If you want a crispy exterior, while its folded like a taco, crisp in the pan on each side
  6. Cut and serve with a dipping sauce.
