- Place each wrap on a sheet of wax paper
- Divide the burger into fourths and place on each wrap and, using plastic wrap under a plate, smash it down as thin as you can get it with the onion into the burger, into the wrap.
- Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil and fry, burger side down, in the pan on medium heat and sizzle it up, making sure it carmelizes
- Remove from heat and place the cheese on and fold up
