crunchy corn salad

this makes a great size salad but if you add some meat to it, you could make it into a lunch salad!

  • 3 ears corn, shaved off and roasted brown
  • 8 oz sugar snap peas, chopped up
  • garlic, champagn vinegar, orange squeeze, evoo, seasalt

  1. mix the corn and peas together
  2. top with feta cheese
  3. can omit the orange
