- Diced apples to 1/4" (2 cups worth)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- packed brown sugar
- spices and 1 tsp cornstarch if needed
- Use defrosted puff pastry, cut in triangles, fill and seal (use wash as glue)
- wash tops w/ 1 egg yolk and cream and sprinkle with sanding sugar
- Assemble on the baking sheet, filling on 1 side only, fold to seal
- 350 for 10-12 minutes
